Adult Flu will be available for those with the following types of insurance plans: Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, Uniform Medical Plan, Medicare Part B (no Medicare Advantage plans)
Students need a sign consent form from Parent or Guardian to receive a vaccine. Forms can be picked up from Nurse Rima.
